Subject of activity

The internet portal operating at next2uads.com, hereinafter referred to as the NEXT 2 U site, conducts activities consisting of the provision of internet marketing services.

Definitions

1) Regulations - these regulations specify the rules for collecting and processing data provided by users of the NEXT 2 U site and specify the rights and obligations of the User and the rules for the complaint procedure.

2) User - a natural person with full legal capacity and rights, a legal person or a unit without legal personality. The law grants legal power, which concludes a distance contract with the Owner or takes steps to conclude such a contract.

3) Consumer - a consumer, i.e., a natural person, is making a legal transfer with the entrepreneur not connected directly to his business or professional activity.

4) Owner - NEXT 2 U, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

5) Contact Form - functionality of the NEXT 2 U site, thanks to which the User can send Data to the Owner.

6) Business day - a day that is not Saturday or Sunday, as well as a statutory holiday.

7) Content - any information, data, elements, materials, algorithms, diagrams, works, markings, logos, names, signs, symbols, descriptions, and photos of the Services from the Owner or its partners, regardless of their nature, format, and method of recording or shows.

8) Privacy and cookie policy - a document setting out detailed rules for processing personal data and using cookies.

9) Data - information provided by the User in the Contact Form, in particular, personal Data

General provisions

1. These regulations describe the rules for using the NEXT 2 U site,, filling out Contact Forms, and the rules for submitting and considering complaints.

2. To use NEXT 2 U services, it is necessary to:

Contact forms

2. After the Contact Form has been correctly sent by the User, the Owner may send to the User's e-mail address information confirming receipt of the Data provided by the User.

After verification of the Data, and in the event of data incorrectness, meaning the inability to effectively contact the telephone number (e.g., errors in the number of characters) or e-mail address (e.g., typos), the Owner has the right to send the User an e-mail with a request to improve the Data. The Data is corrected by e-mail or phone with the User, although the User may re-send the Contact Form with correct - updated data.

Liability for defects of the service and complaints

1. Any complaints regarding the functioning of the NEXT 2 U site and contracts concluded through it can be sent to the e-mail pointed at NEXT 2 U services.

2. Complaints under warranty for defects are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Owner of the defect notification.

Personal data

1.1 The User consents to the processing by the Owner of the personal data provided by him in the Contact Form on the NEXT 2 U site in the process of using our services. Providing personal info by the User is voluntary. However, the lack of consent to processing personal data by the Owner may prevent the Owner from providing services electronically.

2. Personal Data is processed by the Owner, the administrator of personal data, within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data.

3. The Owner processes personal data to provide electronic services, conclude with the User and perform Agreements via the NEXT 2 U site and for marketing purposes of his own services.

4. The User has the right to access their personal data and to correct and delete them. Personal data may be corrected or deleted by reporting directly to the Owner.

5. The User declares that the personal data he provided is the User's data.

6. The privacy and cookies policy describes detailed rules for processing personal data and using cookies.

Prohibited activities

1. It is forbidden to perform any actions of the User that may consist in:

a) preventing or hindering the proper functioning of the NEXT 2 U site,

b) obstructing access to the NEXT 2 U site, to Data and Content published on the NEXT 2 U site, or making it difficult to use them,

c) publishing spam and unsolicited commercial information,

d) the use of viruses, bots, worms, or other computer codes, files, or programs (in particular those automating the processes of scripts and applications or other codes, files, or tools),

e) taking other actions to the detriment of the Owner, NEXT 2 U site, or threatening their rights or interests.

2. The Owner has the right to block the User's access to the NEXT 2 U site or some of its functionalities if of unlawful nature.

Final provisions

1. The Owner is entitled to change the Regulations in the event of adding new functionalities or launching a new version of the NEXT 2 U site, as well as in the event of a change in applicable law. Any possible changes will be made to the appropriate extent. A user who disagrees with the changes to the Regulations is entitled to terminate the contract immediately.

2. By accepting these Regulations, the User agrees to collect and provide the Owner with statistics of his presence and activity on the NEXT 2 U site. The Data has been collected automatically and can be used to analyze the Users' activity.

3. In the event of a change or cancellation of the provisions of these Regulations, the remaining provisions shall remain in force and bind the Owner and the User.
